How this website should be read, and the difference between a web page and a quotation.
About this website
This website is published by Max Demolition and Excavation. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nothing here is a quotation
The descriptions of services, methods, plant, ground conditions and regional characteristics on this site are general information. They are not an offer, a quotation or advice about any particular property. No statement on this site about geology, housing stock, access or site conditions should be taken as a statement about your site. The work required at a particular address is determined by inspection, by testing where testing applies, and by the approval and the consultants' documentation for that site.
A quotation is a separate written document issued for an identified site and scope. Where a quotation and this website differ, the quotation applies.
Licensing
Max Demolition and Excavation holds demolition licence AD214737, issued by SafeWork NSW. Asbestos removal is carried out by licensed asbestos removalists, and air monitoring and clearance certificates are issued by an independent licensed asbestos assessor. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that Max Demolition and Excavation holds an asbestos removal licence in its own name.
Accuracy
We take care with what is published here and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current. Regulatory requirements change, and where a current requirement of a regulator differs from something written here, the regulator's requirement applies.
