The work is the same. What differs is what you need from us: a builder needs the programme to hold, a developer needs the staging and the paperwork, and a homeowner mostly needs someone to explain what the quotes they are comparing actually include.

One contractor, one programme
Most jobs need asbestos management, demolition, a dig and the cartage. Engaged separately they wait on each other, and whoever engaged them is the person coordinating four sets of insurance and four site inductions.
On one contract there is one mobilisation and one programme. The asbestos removal is still done by licensed asbestos removalists and the clearance still comes from an independent licensed assessor, because that independence is the whole point of a clearance certificate. What changes is who arranges it.
